Refund Policy

Courses
If you are unsatisfied with a purchased course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 30% of the course content. Requests made after 7 days or after completing more than 30% of the course will not be eligible.
eBooks & Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, eBook purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact support and we will resolve it promptly.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@investtowin.ng with your order reference and reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
